The following sermon was delivered by the Rt Revd Vivienne Faull, Bishop of Bristol at Bristol Cathedral on Easter Morning, Sunday 31 March.
Priests, deacons and licensed lay ministers came together from across the diocese to join the Bishops, Archdeacons and the Dean at Bristol Cathedral to renew their vows made at their ordinations and remember the ministry to which they've been called.
Bishop Viv spoke about the central role of church buildings to worship and the importance of their preservation.
