Hillside House, the Diocesan Support Services office, is currently experiencing an internet outage.
The issue began earlier today, 14 January 2025, and is affecting our ability to access the internet, respond to emails and answer our phone lines. Virgin Media has reported connectivity issues ranging from intermittent internet to complete service blackouts.
Whilst some team members are able to work from home, and others have the option of connecting to mobile hotspots, we appreciate your patience at this time.
We are informed that Virgin Media is aware of the problem and has dispatched technical teams to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible. We hope to resume normal service soon but the exact timeframe for restoration remains uncertain.
