Could you take to the streets of Bristol on a Friday or Saturday night to help those enjoying an evening on the town?
Street Pastors in Bristol is looking for more volunteers to join them as they patrol the citys streets, offering support to those who need it.
The national organisation, which celebrates its 15th anniversary this year, has trained thousands of people as they make the streets safer during the night economy.
Street pastors are trained volunteers from local churches who care about their community.
They patrol in teams of men and women, usually from 10pm to 4am on a Friday and Saturday night. A group of volunteers will also be praying for them at one of the local churches.
Bristol Street Pastors run regular training courses, with the next one taking place on Saturday 15 September at Victoria Methodist Church Room from 9.30am to 2pm.
