The Diocese of Bristol is pleased to announce that Revd Jeremy Andrew has been appointed as the new diocesan Adviser for Ministerial Development.
The Revd Dr Simon Taylor, Director of Mission and Ministry Support, said:
“The appointment of the Adviser for Ministerial Development is a very important part of our work to support all ministers as part of the diocesan Transforming Church. Together strategy. Jeremy brings a huge volume of experience both of ministry and of supporting, developing and enabling others. He will continue to be an enormous gift to the Diocese of Bristol in this new role and I look forward to working with him to serve the ministers of the Diocese.”
Jeremy has been in parish ministry for 22 years, most recently as Vicar at Warmley, Syston, and Bitton. Jeremy has enjoyed being a training incumbent and has worked with eight curates to encourage their ministry to thrive. He has also served as Director of Ordinands and Initial Ministerial Education in Diocese of Truro and Area Dean for Kingswood and South Gloucestershire in Diocese of Bristol.
