Praying for those to be ordained - Rev Joshua's Story
Rev Joshua Bradshaw will be ordained as a Priest on Saturday 2nd July and will be Assistant Curate in the area comprising St Nicholas Resourcing Church (Bishop’s Mission Order) and the Benefice of Withywood and The Benefice of St Andrew Hartcliffe.
Please read Rev Joshua’s story below:
"Since encountering the Grace and presence and Spirit of Jesus at 4am in 2013, God has been patiently and graciously been calling me towards ministry within His Church. This call became apparent and grew during the ministry among the students of Coventry University and flourished during my time at St Paul’s WSM. All throughout God has taken me on the wildest of adventures and shown me his kindness, grace and overwhelming heart for the poor, marginalised and oppressed.
“I am extremely grateful for the faithful disciples who over the years have taken risks based on the calling they have seen in me and spurred forward an inexperienced and often stubborn young man.
Hannah, Amos and I are loving every second of this stage of the adventure in Bristol seeing the Lord call people home in the city centre and in Hartcliffe and eagerly await all that is to come.”
Look out for tomorrow's story!
