Revd's Paul and Rachel Barrett announced as new Chaplains to the Mothers' Union

Paul and Rachel BarrettThe Rt Revd Vivienne Faull, Bishop of Bristol and the Rt Revd Neil Warwick, Bishop of Swindon are delighted to announce that Revd Paul Barrett, and the Revd Rachel Barrett have been appointed as the new Diocesan Chaplains to the Mothers’ Union in the Diocese of Bristol.

Paul and Rachel said:

We are very pleased to be appointed as diocesan chaplains for the Mothers Union. We look forward to supporting and working with them and thank Bishop Viv for giving us the opportunity to do so.

Bishop Neil said: 

It is a privilege to welcome and licence Paul and Rachel as the new Chaplains to the Mothers’ Union. The Mothers’ Union positively changes lives through support, prayer, and advocacy for families and individuals. Paul and Rachel’s prayer and service will enrich the Mothers’ Union in our Diocese and encourage its members in their life-giving ministry.” 

Paul and Rachel Barrett were licensed at a service at St Nicholas Church, Yate on Saturday 12 October 2024 by the Bishop of Swindon.
