Help combat food poverty in Bristol

First published 13th October 2015
In the school holidays some children are without enough food and suffer from holiday hunger.

Can you volunteer to combat food poverty in Bristol this October half-term?

At St Lukes Church in Barton Hill (east Bristol) theyare responding to this by providing free hot meals and playtime. The project is inspired by a Christian ethos to help people in need. The project will serve people of any or no faith but we ask for volunteers who are sympathetic to this ethos.

Can you help this October half term on Tuesday 27, Wednesday 28 or Thursday 29 October over lunchtime to help with craft/sport activities and games?
