The front door is heavy and difficult to open. We are happy to offer assistance to any visitors to the building who need it, when both arriving and leaving. If you let reception know when you buzz for entry, someone will come down to assist you; alternatively, you can let us know beforehand about any assistance you may need.
Access to the first floor is via the lift. The accessible toilet is on the ground floor.
If you have any particular concerns, please do raise them with whoever you are meeting before your arrival at Hillside House. We will do all we can to ensure that your visit is as comfortable and easy as possible.
