We are looking for someone to join our churches – in 2 locations, Easton and Lockleaze - in a part time (18.75 hours/week) operations role. Someone who loves our communities, people, and loves creating systems and order too. Bring your energy, experience, ideas and we’ll support you to support us.

You will be working alongside motivated and talented teams of staff, volunteers and an existing operations manager to help facilitate ongoing change in a supportive environment.

An exciting and innovative role for a highly motivated, experienced individual to bring creativity to develop our systems. Help support our leaders, staff and volunteers as we serve across Easton and Lockleaze. As Operations Hub Manager you’ll collaborate to enable the smooth running of both churches and their activities in their communities.

You will be joining a wider cohort of operations managers being recruited in similar roles across Bristol – providing another layer of support.
