Operations Hub Manager, North Central Bristol, Priority Community Network £15,000 (0.5 FTE):
The role:
We are looking for someone to join our churches – in 2 locations, Easton and Lockleaze - in a part time (18.75 hours/week) operations role. Someone who loves our communities, people, and loves creating systems and order too. Bring your energy, experience, ideas and we’ll support you to support us.

Easton Christian Family Centre is a lively family-friendly multicultural Anglican church and a thriving community hub in Easton, Bristol. www.ecfc.org.uk
We desire to be a place of welcome, meeting and refuge for all, inspired by the generous, loving, non-violent life of Jesus. We have a thriving community hub used by a number of refugee and support organisations throughout the week, a church run community cafe, pastoral care and support for Persian church members and an active and engaged congregation including many families and children. You will be working alongside motivated and talented teams of staff, volunteers and an existing operations manager to help facilitate ongoing change in a supportive environment.
St Mary’s & James Church Lockleaze is situated right in the heart of the estate. We live by our vision statement of loving Jesus, loving people, loving Lockleaze. An exciting and innovative role for a highly motivated, experienced individual to bring creativity to develop our systems. Help support our leaders, staff and volunteers as we serve across Easton and Lockleaze. As Operations Hub Manager you’ll collaborate to enable the smooth running of both churches and their activities in their communities.
You will be joining a wider cohort of operations managers being recruited in similar roles across Bristol – providing another layer of support.
