Ignatius - Finding God in all things
"Prayer as friendship with God and as a 'long, loving look at the real.'"
Welcome to your tasters for June.
“And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God” (Micah 6 v8)
This month we dive into Ignatian spirituality. Discover the value of the 'Examen Prayer' which helps us to order our lives in Christ. We touch on the power of the imagination and the importance of recognising the deep desires of our hearts that are planted in us by the Holy Spirit.
So, time to begin.
Experiencing Ignatian spirituality - a month with Ignatius:
This month we are introduced to some of the spiritual practices of St Ignatius of Loyola. Try out a series of practices which build on each other as the weeks progress:

This is a beautiful little book. A brief, accessible book on the practice of examen. It looks like a children's book but isn't. Would suit lots of contexts including less religious ones. Available from a variety of online booksellers.
