We are very grateful to the contractors who are willing to be called out in an EMERGENCY when the Diocesan Office is closed. If a repair can wait without causing serious problems, please call us when the Diocesan Office re-opens.
This arrangement applies to houses for which the Bristol Diocesan Board of Finance (Board) is responsible – these include Benefice properties, Glebe properties and Board Corporate properties.
Please will you ensure that you inform us of all emergency calls you make, so that we know what has happened and can arrange payment to the relevant contractor by using the email address: property@bristoldiocese.org

**UES will operate a 24/7 call-out service for urgent heating work.
Call the out-of-hours mobile number, 07584 311268. When prompted, select Option 1 on your keypad and then select Option 1 again (this connects you to the engineer who will be able to deal with all diocesan properties).
The engineer will take details and arrange to visit you as soon as possible.
If the line is busy and you are asked to leave a message, please ensure give your phone number. The voicemail message may be diverted and the engineer would not know your number unless you say it.
