Ministry Development

Ministry Development provides support for those exploring a call to a licensed ministry (ordained or as a licensed lay minister) and the ongoing training and development of all in licensed ministry, including the new Ministerial Development Review scheme. The team is overseen by Bishop Lee.

Meet the team

	Revd Derek Chedzey (DDO) is the Adviser for Initial Ministerial Education in the diocese. He co-ordinates lay training and is Warden of Readers (Licensed Lay Ministers). 	Revd Samantha Rushton (DDO) is the Adviser for Licensed Ministry. Provides support and information to those interested in exploring vocations to authorised lay ministry and ordained ministry.
