Debbie Frazer Debbie Frazer, Area Dean of Bristol's City Deanery talks about the recent regeneration project in the crypt of St. Lukes Church, Barton Hill under the project management of Rev. Jeff Francis. The crypt project was a joint initiative set up to provide facilities for youth groups, creches, music production and training, and is used both as a tool of Christian ministry and community aid in Barton Hill.
